Privacy

Logic Blob is a trading brand of Scorpex Electronics Limited. We collect only the information needed to operate this website, respond to support requests and deliver purchased products.

Website visits

This website does not currently use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or non-essential cookies. Our web server and network provider may temporarily process normal technical request data, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

Support messages

When you submit the support form, we process your name, email address, message and technical request information so that we can receive and answer it. The form service applies abuse prevention and forwards successful submissions to our support mailbox. Successfully delivered message content is removed from the website ticket database.

Sprite Sheet Player

Sprite Sheet Player runs on your computer. It reads the PNG files you choose and does not upload sprite sheets to Logic Blob. The current application does not require an account and does not include telemetry.

Purchases

When checkout is enabled, payment and download delivery will be provided by the checkout provider named at the point of purchase. That provider will process payment, billing and tax information under its own privacy policy. Logic Blob does not receive complete payment-card details.

Purchase terms

Sprite Sheet Player is intended as a one-time digital purchase. The final price, taxes, system requirements, included version and download arrangements will be displayed before payment.

Where you ask for a digital download to begin during a statutory cancellation period, checkout may ask for your express consent and acknowledgement that the right to cancel is lost once supply begins. This does not affect statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.

Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final purchase and refund terms will be published before sales open.

Software licence

Unless a different licence is supplied at purchase, buying Sprite Sheet Player grants the purchaser a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the application on computers they control, including for commercial game-development work.

You may not sell, sublicense or redistribute the application or installer, remove proprietary notices, or present the software as your own. Third-party components remain governed by their respective licences, which are included with the application.

Updates described as part of version 1.x may replace previous builds. This does not promise a particular feature, release schedule or indefinite compatibility with future operating-system versions.
