Privacy addendum

Logic Blob is a trading brand of Scorpex Electronics Limited, the controller for the information we process. We collect only the information needed to operate this website, respond to support requests and deliver purchased products. Our general company privacy notice provides additional information about Scorpex, our providers and privacy contacts.

Website visits

This website does not currently use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or non-essential cookies. Our web server and network provider may temporarily process normal technical request data, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

Support messages

When you submit the support form, we process your email address and message so that we can receive and answer it, including any personal information you choose to put in the message. The form does not ask for your name. The form service queues your request and forwards it through Brevo to our support mailbox. Once the email service accepts the notification, the enquiry details are deleted from the live website queue; failed deliveries remain queued for retry and review. Mailbox correspondence and private backups are managed separately.

The form service uses protected fingerprints of IP addresses, email addresses and submissions to limit spam and repeated messages. It does not store a raw IP address alongside your support message. These fingerprints remain personal information and are automatically cleaned up once older than eight days.

Sprite Sheet Player

Sprite Sheet Player runs on your computer. It reads the PNG files you choose and does not upload sprite sheets to Logic Blob. The current application does not require an account and does not include telemetry.

Purchases

Stripe Managed Payments processes payment, billing and tax information under Stripe’s privacy policy. Logic Blob keeps your email address only in a temporary sending queue, deleting it after successful sending or after 48 hours if delivery fails. The purchase record contains a protected fingerprint of the address, which lets us match the email you enter when requesting another link later; it is not an email address we can send to. We record the checkout session, time and exact immediate-supply consent statement when you tick the purchase checkbox, to document your choice. Uncompleted checkout consent records are removed after 30 days; purchase consent records are retained while needed to handle the purchase and any dispute. Payment references, access records, page-access counts and download-request counts remain to manage paid access and refunds. Download emails are sent through Brevo; Stripe and Brevo manage their own records separately, and private backup copies are managed separately from the live queue. Logic Blob does not receive complete payment-card details.

Purchase delivery and ongoing paid access rely on performing our contract with you, or our legitimate interest in fulfilling and supporting a product sold through a merchant of record. Responding to general enquiries and protecting the website rely on our legitimate interests. Purchase addresses are not used for marketing. Access and download monitoring records page-access counts and counts and dates of full and resumed download requests against your purchase, without recording your IP address in those counters; a request does not prove a completed download.

We retain the protected email lookup, payment and access references while needed to provide paid downloads, link recovery and handle refunds or disputes, and review records when that purpose ends. These purchase records are still personal data. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to resolve the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Private backups and provider records require separate retention and access controls. This tab temporarily remembers your checkout identifier and private access token to let you return to your download.

Your email address and message are required to submit the support form so we can understand and reply to your request. Stripe supplies the purchase email, payment references and status needed to arrange delivery and manage paid access.

Privacy requests and download access

The Scorpex privacy notice explains your rights, including the right to object, provider transfers and complaints to the ICO. You can also make a privacy request through the Logic Blob support page. Deleting purchase access records ends the download access they provide; we will explain any information that must be retained and why.

Purchase terms

Sprite Sheet Player costs £1.99 as a one-time purchase, including applicable tax. It is supplied as a Windows 10/11 x64 installer for the current release. There is no subscription or activation requirement.

Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe's designated merchant-of-record entity acting as the seller for the payment transaction. Review the total and payment terms displayed at checkout before confirming your purchase.

Once payment is confirmed, Logic Blob queues a confirmation and download email to the purchase address. The download becomes available after the email service accepts that email; it may reach your inbox later. The private link in your purchase email opens a lasting download page, where you can download again while the product is available and your purchase remains valid. Individual file links expire and are refreshed automatically when you revisit that page. If you lose your email, request another link using the email address from your purchase. If you no longer have access to that address, contact support with your receipt. Links provide the current release. An interrupted download can be retried while the link is valid.

Payment and refund help

This product is a digital download. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered once downloading begins where you have expressly agreed to immediate supply, acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right and received the required confirmation. Any cancellation rights required by applicable law, your statutory rights and the Stripe Managed Payments refund policy remain unaffected.

For payment, receipt or refund enquiries, use the support instructions in your Stripe Managed Payments receipt. Refunds are handled under the Stripe Managed Payments refund policy and applicable law. That policy takes precedence over any more restrictive seller policy. For problems with the application or download delivery, contact Logic Blob.

A refund or payment dispute removes further download and link-recovery access for that purchase. Contact support if you believe access was removed in error.

Nothing on this page excludes statutory rights, including rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.

Software licence

Unless a different licence is supplied at purchase, buying Sprite Sheet Player grants the purchaser a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the application on computers they control, including for commercial game-development work.

Except where permitted by law or an applicable third-party licence, you may not sell, sublicense or redistribute the application or installer, remove proprietary notices, or present the software as your own. Third-party components remain governed by their respective licences, which are included with the application.

Updates may replace previous builds. This does not promise a particular feature, release schedule, later major version or indefinite compatibility with future operating-system versions.
